How does it work exactly? (Presentation design life-cycle in a nutshell)

Here is how a typical PowerPoint design project flows.

You send us the draft/raw PPT (Day 1)
We need the raw base content to assess the extent of redesign scope and also for basic familiarisation of content.

Content Walk-thorough (Day 1)
You may provide us a phone based slide-by-slide walk-through. You may explain the slide-wise content and objectives to be met. This step is crucial for us to make our understanding about the content clear so that we don't waste efforts on miss-representing the content.

Prototype design & go-ahead (Day 2-3)
Our team creates fully designed version of a)Opening slide b) couple of representative slides for your approval. This is to give you a complete idea about how the final deck will look.

Re-design of all slides (Day 3-5)
Once we receive a go-ahead on the prototype, our design team works on all slides.

Delivery of finished PPT (Day 5)
The finished PPT is delivered for your feedback. The quoted cost covers up to two rounds of minor corrections.

Final delivery & project closure (Day 6)
Your feedback (if any) on first cut is incorporated and final PPT is delivered.
