Once we deliver the final presentation, we expect you to come-up with a consolidated feedback from all stake-holders. This is to ensure we don’t run into multiple iterations. The cost covers up to two rounds of changes that are minor in nature. Typically, first round covers implementation of your initial feedback. The second & final round shall be utilised if required to close the minor gaps that may have been left out in first round.
Any more change requests (over and above two) may have cost implications depending upon the work involved. At this stage, we don’t encourage any fundamental design and content changes, as it will be cumbersome and expensive for you, both cost and money-wise. It’s always advisable to keep all key stakeholders informed about various design decisions.
