How do you ensure the PPT is compact enough and easy to email?
Presentations that are graphically rich can easily run into bigger file sizes and can become a major problem especially if it’s intended for email based distribution. At Graphic Impressions, we have a belief that graphically enriched presentations that have a lighter footprint are a real win-win situation for us as well as our clients.
How do we ensure minimal file sizes?
- Emphasis on using inbuilt organic PPT resources like shapes, system fonts and other design resources that are available within native PowerPoint environment. This approach ensures stunning presentations but not at the cost of extra bytes.
- We avoid using bloated graphical resources like heavy third-party graphic, audio, video-clips that won’t add much value.
- Using native VECTOR based graphic in PowerPoint instead of importing high resolution BITMAP images from third-party editing software.
Important Note: Using high resolution imagery like photographs, stock images in large number of slides can often increase the size of entire deck and can exceed the emailable size.
